Website content is general information and does not create a contract. Starting prices exclude IVA and may change. A service begins only after scope, price, responsibilities and payment terms are confirmed in a separate written agreement.
First-year website package offer
Qualifying one-, three- and five-page website packages include one eligible standard domain, one professional 5 GB email mailbox and managed hosting for 12 months from activation. Advanced websites and online shops include one eligible domain and one mailbox for 12 months; hosting and care are selected separately. The offer is subject to domain availability, provider limits and the written project agreement. Premium domains, email migration, additional mailboxes and third-party services are excluded unless expressly quoted. There is no cash alternative for an unused included service.
Domains, email and renewals
Domains are registered in the client’s name whenever possible, with DNS Donkey retaining the access needed to provide the agreed management service. Exact renewal costs are confirmed before registration. The first-year inclusions above do not extend automatically beyond their agreed 12-month period. Hosting Only is €120 per year. Domain renewals and business email are not included in Hosting Only or Care plans unless confirmed in writing. All prices exclude IVA.
Care plans and additional work
Essential Care is €29/month, Business Care is €59/month and Complete Care is €89/month. Every Care plan includes website hosting and maintenance appropriate to the website’s technology. Hosting Only does not include website maintenance, content changes, software updates, form testing, repairs or ongoing technical monitoring. Care plans are available for DNS Donkey websites and suitable existing sites following an initial technical review; remedial work may be required before care begins. E-commerce, membership and advanced websites are reviewed individually and may require a tailored Care plan. Web applications use separate App Care plans. Included tasks, checking frequencies, recovery scope and support priorities are confirmed in the service agreement. Business Care includes up to 30 minutes of routine content changes each month; Complete Care includes up to 60 minutes. Unused time does not roll over. Domain renewals, business email, premium licences, paid third-party services and work outside the agreed allowance are excluded unless confirmed in writing. Translation, new pages, redesign work, extensive copywriting, new forms, e-commerce product entry, integrations, new functionality and substantial layout changes are quoted separately. All prices exclude IVA. No hosting or care service can guarantee uninterrupted availability or complete protection from security incidents.
Local SEO plans
Foundation is €129/month, Momentum is €249/month and Competitive starts from €399/month. All SEO plans have an initial three-month commitment and continue monthly afterward. Prices exclude IVA.
Foundation focuses on existing pages; new long-form pages and articles are quoted separately. Momentum includes one new or substantially improved service page, location page or article each month. Competitive includes two content items per month in total, with the final price, content volume and scope agreed before work begins.
Translation and additional-language optimisation, paid advertising, redesign or redevelopment, professional photography or video, large-scale copywriting projects, paid directories, sponsorships and third-party fees are excluded unless specifically agreed. No backlinks, rankings, leads or sales are guaranteed. The initial three months are a period for implementation and early assessment, not a guarantee of results.

Support language
Support is currently provided in English. Spanish support is available only by prior appointment through a translator.
